Sex & Relationship Counseling

As a counselor, I recognize that the journey to start counseling, of any type, can be difficult. As a sex and relationship counselor I know that adding the topics of relationships, sex, and/or sexuality can make it even more challenging. With this knowledge I strive to create a comfortable, safe and nonjudgmental environment for my clients to feel seen, heard, and supported. 

My passion for sexual education and sexual wellness assist me with clients to begin these difficult discussions. It is my goal that through education and counseling these topics can become less difficult and create space for improvement in any sexual concerns brought by clients. 

Each client has their own unique needs as well as their own lived experiences that factor in to who they are as individuals. I realize the impact those needs and lived experiences have on clients and meet my clients where they are on their journey. Because you are not on this journey alone I am here to listen, guide and provide you with the skills you may need to improve the relationships in your life, including the one with yourself.
